TECNEA has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.

If you use the website assistant, we process what you write in the conversation to guide you on your enquiry and, if you give us your name and email and accept this policy, to contact you and, if you ask, arrange a call. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, for contacting you, your consent. It is an artificial intelligence system: we tell you so when you open it, it can make mistakes and it does not make decisions about you; a person at Tecnea reviews every case before committing to anything. The conversation is processed privately on servers located in Europe, through a provider acting as a data processor that does not use this data to train artificial intelligence models. If you book a call, your name, your email and a summary of your enquiry are added to our calendar and you will receive the invitation by email. We keep conversations for 90 days to review and improve the assistant, without your IP address and with any emails and phone numbers you write automatically hidden; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the service. If you leave your details, the conversation is also kept with your request. Please do not include health data or other people's personal data in it.
