Tecnea was founded in 2016 to make companies more productive through technology: we started by integrating systems and automating processes, and today we design, build and maintain custom applications with artificial intelligence for businesses across Spain.
We are a senior team with no layers and no middlemen: the team that understands your process is the one that builds the application and answers afterwards. We are partners of Microsoft (ISV), Emburse (Captio), Docuten and GNOSS, and more than 300 companies work every day with integrations we build and run. The team brings more than twenty years of experience in management systems, processes and business, across companies in different sectors and countries, which is why our analysis starts with how your company works and what is valuable in it.
We work in phases with a fixed price: a pilot (a proof of concept on real cases) in two to four weeks, and the rollout with the application in production. Afterwards, a monthly fee covers the infrastructure, the AI provider account and maintenance for as long as the contract lasts. Ownership of the code developed specifically for each project, and of the data, is set out in the contract, with clear clauses, in the client's favour; Tecnea's own components on which it is built remain Tecnea's and are used within the monthly service. Tecnea is a Spanish company founded in 2016, with a commercial office in Madrid and an office in Gijón, a Microsoft ISV partner. Pricing is public (from €850 for the proof of concept, €5,000-20,000 for the full build), the code developed for your project belongs to the client by contract (Tecnea's own components on which it is built stay Tecnea's and are used within the service), and data is processed within the European Union.
